TERMS AND CONDITIONS
✧ Both services will have an official contract provided to protect the interests of both artist and client.✧ Scope of Art Retainer services include ONE CHARACTER ONLY, semi-detailed background, and up to ONE small pet/creature. Additional characters and large creatures will incur additional fees.✧ Client will have complete exclusivity and artist priority until the booking is complete.✧ Booking is considered complete once all illustrations have been fulfilled.✧ Both art retainer + manhwa episode bookings are for personal or monetized use only.✧ Commercial Use or NDA + Full Rights will have an additional flat fee.✧ Webtoon panels exceeding 60 panel limit will have additional fees.✧ If multiple retainer or webtoon booking requests are received in one specific period, priority slot will be given to highest tier booking.✧ Clients not selected for current month may opt to be waitlisted for next month's booking.
